May 11th's Races Pay Tribute to OCFS Great, Bobby Bottcher

Saturday, May 11th, the Orange County Fair Speedway continues to honor it’s past as part of the 100th Anniversary of Racing Campaign by honoring one of its’ most popular and well-respected drivers, Bobby Bottcher.  The Devil Made Us Do It “666” also pays tribute to a time in Bottcher’s Modified career aboard one of the most successful modifieds of their time, the Ritter/Kleintop no. 666 of which carried Bottcher to 15 of his 26 career Orange County Fair Speedway wins as well as the 1973 Track Championship and 1974 Eastern States 200 victory.

"MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH YOU" NIGHT AT ORANGE COUNTY FAIR SPEEDWAY

The racing stars competing at Orange County Fair Speedway (OCFS) are set for another exciting evening of stock car racing action, Saturday, May 4, on “May the Fourth be With You” Star Wars themed night. Headlining the program will be the 800-horsepower Big-Block Modifieds in a 30-lap feature race paying the winner $3,300. They’ll be joined by the unpredictable Sportsman, and for the second time this season the full-bodied Street Stocks. Qualifying events will set the fields for the evening’s feature races.

April 27th's Back the Blue Event has Something for Everyone

Though Orange County Fair Speedway's "Back the Blue" event is a night dedicated to Law Enforcement Officers,  there's something for the whole family at this yearly speedway tradition. OCFS's new management team has made it their mission to pack as much possible entertainment into every Saturday night, including April 27th's Back the Blue Law Enforcement Appreciation Night.  The night's racing program features the lightning fast 800+ HP Big Block V8 Modifieds, 358 Small Block Modifieds and Sportsman Modifieds racing on the northeast's oldest racetrack, established in 1919.

Dunkin' Donuts Partners with OCFS to Give FREE Donuts to LEO's on Back the Blue Night!

Local Dunkin' Donuts, owned by the Sardinia Brothers, have joined with OCFS to show their support for our men and women in blue.  For April 27th's Back the Blue event, OCFS staff will be distributing donuts at the grandstand gate to all Law Enforcement Officers, who will also receive FREE admission to the races!  The donuts, graciously provided by Dunkin' Donuts, will be distributed for free while supplies last.

Rookie Sportsman Will Now Run with Regular Sportsman at OCFS

Changes to the 2019 race schedule at OCFS are inbound.  Rookies will no longer run their own class, instead they will run with the regular sportsman division.  Additional races and classes may be added to the schedule, details are still being finalized.  An announcement with additional races will be made as soon as available.
